New policies for postponed live classes
If you registered for a live course that had to be postponed due to COVID-19, you now have more options:
- Transfer your registration to any future course. We are currently evaluating the situation and as soon as it is once again safe to hold in-person events, we will be rescheduling any missed locations/courses for dates later this year. We are not cancelling any course dates, merely rescheduling them to a time when it is once-again safe to host live courses. As a registered attendee, you will be notified as soon as rescheduled locations and dates are released.
- Transfer your course registration the FAKTR 2020 Symposium, to be held November 6-7, 2020 in Pensacola, Florida. More details to come...
- Extended time to transfer ticket from one year from the date of the course to a full 18-months.
- Any pre-purchased add-ons (FAKTR instrument and/or Rehab Toolkits) will be shipped to your home on the original course date...we will reach out to you individually to coordinate.
New Virtual Class Options Available
- The FAKTR Rehab System course will be offered online while live classes have paused due to COVID-19. Those who have registered to attend a live FAKTR Rehab System course that has been postponed due to COVID-19 will gain free access as soon as the course launches (in April) and will still retain their free seat to a live FAKTR course when classes resume. Once an attendee has completed the FAKTR course online and attended the live class, they will be FAKTR Certified (any additional online course requirements are waived).
- The Rehab to Fitness live portion of the course (16 hrs) will be offered online while live classes have paused due to COVID-19. Those who registered to attend a live Rehab to Fitness course that has been postponed due to COVId-19 will gain free access as soon as the course launches (in April) and will retain their free seat to a live Rehab to Fitness course when classes resume.
